  • Holiday Benefit Concert – Dec. 7th – Get into the holiday spirit by attending our annual Holiday Benefit Concert. Featuring your favorite holiday songs, this concert is guaranteed to be an evening of fun for you, your friends, and your family. All proceeds for this event will be donated to the Woodlands Art Council. Please note: The 2017 Holiday Benefit Concert sold out, so you are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance.   • Come Let Us Adore Him: The Christmas Musical – Dec. 8th & 9th – Come discover the wonder of Christmas through the beautiful music of The Woodlands United Methodist Church Chancel Choir and Sanctuary Orchestra.   • La Navitite: Birth of a Legend – Dec. 13th, 14th, & 15th – Come enjoy this modern retelling of the birth & first few years of Jesus’ life; with a modern electro soundtrack & a steam punk feel; this uniquely envisioned tale delves into the spiritual message of the traditional Nativity story while bringing an artistically bold statement to the stage.   • It’s a Wonderful Life, The Musical – Dec. 14th, 15th & 16th – Based on the beloved 1946 film starring Jimmy Stewart, this musical faithfully follows George Bailey’s life from his childhood dreams to his midlife disappointments and beyond, as we all take a journey to discover whether his life has mattered at all.   • Christmas Comes to the Movies – Dec. 15th – Raise the holiday spirit with The Woodlands Boys Choir and The Woodlands Chorale as they team up to bring the best in classic and traditional Noels.   • The Texas Tenors “Deep in the Heart of Christmas” – Dec. 16th – The #1 vocal group in the history of America’s Got Talent brings Christmas Cheer in a fun-filled show: DEEP IN THE HEART OF CHRISTMAS.   • The Woodlands Symphony Orchestra Holiday Party – Dec. 20th  – Glade Arts Foundation is honored to announce a multi-disciplinary and collaborative chamber concert series delivered by The Woodlands Symphony Orchestra under the artistic direction of Darryl Bayer. The 2018 Chamber Series concludes December 20th with the festive sounds of The Woodlands Symphony Brass.   • Christmas with The Annie Moses Band – Dec. 21st – Experience the beauty of the Christmas season with the Annie Moses Band as the acclaimed classical crossover ensemble performs stunning arrangements of holiday favorites. Strings, harp, and soaring vocals take the stage to re-imagine classic melodies and to debut originals that are sure to become classic.   • Seussical: The Musical – Dec. 7 through Dec. 23rd – Now one of the most performed shows in America, Seussical is a fantastical, magical, musical extravaganza! Tony winners, Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty (Lucky Stiff, My Favorite Year, Once on This Island, Ragtime), have lovingly brought to life all of our favorite Dr. Seuss characters, including Horton the Elephant, The Cat in the Hat, Gertrude McFuzz, lazy Mayzie and a little boy with a big imagination – Jojo.   • Christmas Arrangement Class – Dec. 5th – Join GenuWine Tasting Room for a super fun evening of wine and floral arrangements. They will teach you some tips and tricks to make a fresh floral arrangement like a pro. This class includes a glass of wine, and you’ll get to get to keep the arrangement you make from the night.   • Snow Globe Cookies Class – Dec. 16th – We will be baking several sets of cookies using Ray’s Famous Shortbread, into several different shapes. Using isomalt to create a glass “window”, decorating our snow globes with festive themes, and assembling our snow globes. (Over the Top Cake Supplies, Spring) Limited class size available.   • Home for the Holidays in Old Town Spring – Nov. 10 through Dec. 22 – The local shops and businesses of Old Town Spring come alive with the Spirit of the Season. Visitors will encounter strolling performers and festive exhibits. The shops and boutiques offer a variety of local unique holiday gift ideas and perfect treasures for everyone on your shopping list.   • The Ice Rink at The Woodlands Town Center – Now through Jan. 21st – The Woodlands Township invites families and friends to enjoy ice skating this season in the new 21,000-square-foot permanent multipurpose facility. The new facility features ice skating in a main room with lighting, a state-of-the-art sound system, tables for parties and concessions. The Ice Rink is located at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion multi-purpose building/event center on the northwest side of The Pavilion at the corner of Lake Robbins and Six Pines.
